Bottom line, Stigall is getting to a point with this election and fraud where its about what he feels versus what he can prove.  As many anecdotal examples of fraud start to pile up, the President seemed to suggest yesterday a bombshell level of fraud exists to overturn the vote count dramatically in many states.  Is there proof?  And how do we restore integrity in voting and discuss elections going forward no matter how this ends?

Trump 2020 National Press Secretary Hogan Gidley joins Stigall on the President’s latest strategy in the fight and Pete Peterson, the Dean of the Pepperdine School of Public Policy talks with Stigall about 2020 being the year we return to lessons in how our government and elections and system are designed.

The dumpster fire of mail in voting and Democrat activism makes Pennsylvania the epicenter of this election nightmare.  Stigall interviews Harmeet Dhillon – a Trump volunteer attorney about where the case stands.  A personal friend of Stigall’s gives his first hand account of ballot counting in Philadelphia that you’ve likely seen only on TV.  What’s really going on in there and is he as concerned by what he’s seen as what you’re hearing?

And PA State Senator Doug Mastriano explains what the next steps are for a Republican controlled legislature in Harrisburg that got suckered into mail-in voting and what, if anything they’ll do to clean up the mess.

Stigall believes the men and women who’ve served our country and in many cases gave the ultimate sacrifice are to be honored not just in our words, but our willingness to see this election fight through.  We have a divinely inspired republic – full of a network of carefully and thoughtfully designed checks and balances.  All of which are playing out right now.  Any suggestion we should shut up and stop thoroughly letting the system work doesn’t respect what our veterans fight to protect.

Colonel Kurt Schlichter discusses Trump’s legal options and what military service means to him, and Daniel Horowitz from The Blaze explains what state legislatures can do to play an enormous role in the outcome of this election still to come.  Plus mail bag!

Have you noticed how angry the “winning” side of this election is?  Why are they so afraid of questions?  What’s sending people off the cliff simply by insisting fraud allegations be vetted in a court of law?  Emmy award winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson joins Stigall for a long discussion of the state of journalism in this election and how it has descended to a new level of dangerous we’ve never seen before.  Economist Steve Moore also joins Stigall for a weekly look at the markets and news that the economy is roaring on news of a COVID vaccine.  How did the markets react to the election and why?  Steve has the answers.

There are legal remedies a plenty to play out for team Trump in the coming days and weeks.  Electors aren’t seated until December.  Stigall lays out all of the problems seen and unseen in PA, NV, GA, and MI with election observers, mail in ballots, post office chicanery, and software “glitches.”  Veteran journalist Ralph Cipriano at BigTrial.net explains the fraud and the questions he’s found in Philadelphia.  Tim Murtaugh, Trump 2020 Communications Director explains where the campaign stands officially on the national effort.  What’s their plan and path to challenge the results in specific states?

Cable news is racing to declare the race over today and hand Biden a win in Pennsylvania.  But what’s happened in PA is outrageous no matter who enters the White House in January.  State legislatures need to be held to an account and this must appear before the Supreme Court.  Stigall gets both agreement and push back from two trusted analysts on the matter.  Former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy explains the legal path forward for Team Trump and where he thinks there’s not much of a case.  While Heritage Foundation Election Integrity expert Hans Von Spikofsky explains why mail in voting needs to be tackled as an issue yesterday, not in the future.  Plus mail bag!
